Set-Up

• You can use your mobile phone to take photos.
• Find a well-lit room with a white-coloured, plain wall.

Clothing and Posture

• Wear fitted black clothing.
• Stand straight towards the camera with your feet hip-width apart.
• Keep your shoulders and arms relaxed by your sides.
• Stand in bare feet, no shoes.

Composition

• Ensure the photo includes your head and feet for a complete view of your body posture alignment.
• Avoid angles that distort your body shape:
• Do not shoot from a downward angle (it will make your legs look short).
• Do not shoot from an upward angle (it will make your torso look short).
• Keep the camera level and in line with your torso.

Accessories

• Do not wear belts, heels, or hats.
